gotta love heat dome too btw 500 dmg for a lvl2 O-o bleh if its hard to hit with then i say its fine as for shining sword attack wats the damege i say it kills or near enough kills coz who lives being chopped up by an ssj and then blown to bits lol.

heat dome is now 400

and the shining sword attack is 600 for now

Theres no rule for that  I think even choujin has gone over 500 on a lvl3
